Sidr honey, also known as ‘liquid gold’, is considered one of the most valuable honeys around the world. It is renown for its rich colour, distinct taste and extensive medicinal properties.
Allah has dedicated an entire chapter in the Quran by the name of the bees in which He tells us that “there emerges from their bellies a drink, varying in colours, in which there is a healing for people”. Thereby attesting to its healing properties.
Our raw Grade A Yemeni honey has a distinct caramel flavour, and is abundant in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. Our batch is part of the winter harvest from thenorthern borders of Hadramout. Therefore it won’t be available for harvest again until next summer!
